This site contains the case "Dorsal-Ventral Axis II" that was developed to introduce biology students to quantitative simulations.
Time requirement: 4-6 hoursIn our education, we first offer students another case, "Dorsal-Ventral Axis I", in which they get some practice in model building without using simulations.
Time requirement: 1-2 hoursIn order for the cases to function and to give students feedback based on their own decisions, students' data need to be stored. Therefore, a login screen will appear before entering a case. Username and password can be chosen by the user. (Click Create!)
It is possible for system administrators to download the material on a server. Click here for more information.
